Sellers whose listings match your request can see what you asked for, your WhatsApp name and a link to your number. If you stop looking, tell Scout and it asks them to disregard your request. A seller who has already replied keeps your details.

No. Scout shows you who sells what. It does not guarantee the quality of an item, so check it before you pay.

A person asking for something you sell, found in a public post or because they asked Scout. Each one comes with what they said, a score and a reply written for you. They are not orders, and Scout does not guarantee a sale.

Think about how many people you can reply to each day. Starter suits 6 a day, Growth 10 and Premium 21. You can change plan for any month.

No. Your limit resets each day, midnight to midnight, Kenya time.

Buy credits when you want them, from $5, in the chat or on the web. One credit opens one potential buyer. If one is not a buyer, mark it within 24 hours and the credit comes back.

You can ask for a refund of your first month on a plan, or of unused credits, within 7 days of paying. The Plans, Credits and Refunds policy has the details.

Credits are paid through Paystack on the web or from a link in WhatsApp. For a plan, choose one and our team sends you a payment link. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank or mobile money provider converts them.
